AD 2012: Bangalore (Population: 10 million)

Which will happen first? A population burst or bubble burst?

Bangalore: India’s IT hub, Bangalore is not only exponential in urban growth but also in population too. With Bangalore’s current population of 80,84,676, the directorate of economics and statistics estimates that its population is expected to touch by one crore by 2012.

As per the official figures, Bangalore’s population growth rate has been 35 percent. However, considering the urbanization pace in Bangalore Metropolitan Area demographers say that Bangalore’s population might have already touched one crore.

    We should & the government should, set rules like: no more that one OR two children per family. “and should consider it very seriously”

    I don’t know if it’s just me or if perhaps everyone else experiencing issues with your website. It appears as though some of the text in your content are running off the screen.
